  • Why rent an e-Bike?

There are over 100km of dedicated bike / pedestrian trails around Queenstown. For most people, a regular bike or walking this trail network wouldn’t be viable. Our Moustache e-Bikes allow you to go further and longer to make the most of this beautiful location and stunning trails. We even have recharge locations around the trail network to allow you to do those really big days (only necessary if riding 60+ km).

Did you know that in New Zealand, 80% of electricity is generated through renewable resources. This is great for us as it means recharging our batteries has an extremely low environmental impact! This makes us one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly activities to do in Queenstown. Check out NZ energy sources here

  • What bike should you rent?

All our bikes are Moustache, a high-quality top end manufacturer.

Our e-mountain bikes are perfect for the Queenstown trail network, with front suspension to make the ride comfortable.

  • What’s included in the rental?

We include a helmet and map of local trails with all rentals to help you navigate the beautiful local trails safely. We can also provide locks and winter gloves on request, please ask us if unsure and we can recommend these depending on your ride.

  • Are there options for Families?

Yes, we cater to families. Our smallest bikes are suitable for children at least 135cm / 4’4in tall and with confident riding skills. (We have a discount rate for children 16 years or younger)

For smaller children, there are 3 options available. ($25 each)

  • What happens if you have a mechanical issue?

We’re proud that we have dedicated mechanics looking after our bikes ensuring they are ready for every ride! We rarely find issues arising during rides but in the unfortunate case one does, simply give us a call and we will be able to come and assist!
